In-vehicle Payments trend for Parkings

Looking forward in the Future of Transport and Mobility, the autonomous cars will be normal in 2030 among us.

Self-driving cars are the next generation cars which already they are defined as connected cars: “a vehicle that is equipped with internet access” by Juniper Research recent study called “The Race for In-Vehicle Payments”.

Already the cars has more and more sensors equipped and technology (fiber optic also inside the car), including the self-parking option for some cars.

With so much technology inside the cars it’s obvious that payments can be done from inside of the car. Payments for parking are one of In-Vehicle Payments possible and monitored in this interesting study from Juniper Research.
