Second Annual Award — Honors Leadership

This award recognizes the parking professional dedicated to advancing women in leadership, fostering inclusion organization-wide, and demonstrating commitment to diversity and employee development.
A winner and two finalists are selected and announced at the annual WOMEN IN PARKING Conference.
ALL WOMEN IN PARKING, NPA members, and nonmembers working in the parking or transportation industries are eligible to win.
Nominations are accepted beginning in January of each year at WomenInParking.com
2020 WIP IMPACT AWARD WINNER
Andi Campbell leads LAZ Parking’s people and culture initiatives for over 13,000 valued employees across the U.S. As the Senior Vice President of People and Culture, Andi is a workplace behavior expert with an emphasis on strategic talent management. A member of NPA’s 2015 class of 40 Under 40, Andi has received acclaim for her work with corporate universities and for her people strategies. Andi is a leader in the parking and mobility industries and speaks at many events, conferences, and organizations about her work with people and culture initiatives. She has also championed LAZ Parking’s national mentoring and training programs which encourage the development of more minority and female leaders within the company.
