The Smart City Scan for Romania was awarded at the Smart City Industry Awards 2020 , 5th edition, with the award for Social Innovator of the year.
This year’s edition took place online, it was broadcast on several social media platforms on December 20. During this gala, awards were given to recognize the efforts of institutions and companies that have contributed to the development of communities in Romania.
The Smart City Scan for Romania, the fourth edition, contains important information about the localities that are actively involved in smart development. There is a great importance given to the mobility sector, where there are over 180 smart projects in progress, planned or completed. The reduction of time spent in traffic is one of the reasons why more and more smart mobility projects are being born. The scan can be viewed in full here
